Basilians with Cardinal Zen, SDB

As part of his first North American visit, Joseph Cardinal Zen, SDB visited the four Toronto Chinese parishes, meeting with Chinese Catholics from May 18-21, 2007. Cardinal Zen presented a series of talks both in Cantonese and Mandarin on the relationship between China and the Holy See, the state of the Catholic Church in China, and met with local Chinese and Archdiocesan priests, religious, and lay leaders.

Fr. Daniel Chui, CSB, and Andrew Leung, CSB had a chance to listen to the cardinal's very informative and insightful talks. On Monday, May 21, 2007 the cardinal was able to give an interview for Salt and Light Television about the situation of the Church in Hong Kong and China.
