Archbishop J. Michael Miller, C.S.B., Presides at Founders Day Celebration

(September 14, HOUSTON) --- Archbishop J. Michael Miller, C.S.B., presided at the St. Thomas Founders Day Mass on Friday, September 14, 2007, commemorating the Basilian Fathers who founded St. Thomas High School in 1900.

Archbishop J. Michael Miller, C.S.B., Archbishop Coadjutor of Vancouver, former president of the University of St. Thomas, and former Secretary for the Sacred Congregation of Catholic Education at the Vatican, is one of three Basilian Fathers to serve the Church in an episcopal role, together with Bishop Ronald Fabbro, C.S.B., Bishop of London Ontario, and Bishop Ricardo Ramirez, C.S.B., Bishop of Las Cruces New Mexico.

St. Thomas is very proud to have welcomed Archbishop Miller in celebration of Founders Day.
