Fourth Councilor

Father Paul English, CSB was elected the Congregation’s Fourth Councillor in 2022. He earned his Bachelor of Arts from St. John Fisher College and Master of Divinity from the University of St. Michael’s College.

He was ordained to the priesthood on May 11, 1985 at Most Holy Rosary in Syracuse, New York and has been involved in Hispanic ministry at Ste. Anne Parish in Detroit, Michigan and St. Anne Catholic Community in Houston, Texas. He served as campus minister at St. John Fisher College in Rochester, New York for 10 years and as pastor of Saint Kateri Parish in Rochester until 2019.
